Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all online educational services provided by Easy2Cook, including live webinars, workshops, and digital educational content.

By purchasing any service on this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Cancellations by the Participant

Participants may request a cancellation and refund under the following conditions:

  • A full refund is available if the cancellation request is submitted no later than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the webinar.

  • Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to the contact email listed on the website.

3. No Refund After Service Delivery

Due to the digital nature of the services:

  • No refunds are provided once the webinar has started, regardless of attendance.

  • No refunds are provided for missed sessions, partial attendance, or failure to join the webinar due to personal or technical reasons on the participant’s side.

Access to the webinar and related materials is considered full delivery of the digital service.

4. Event Changes or Cancellations by Easy2Cook

If Easy2Cook cancels or reschedules a webinar due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • Participants will be offered either a full refund or

  • Access to the rescheduled event, at the participant’s choice.

5. Technical Issues

Easy2Cook is not responsible for:

  • internet connection issues,

  • device incompatibility,

  • software or platform restrictions on the participant’s side.

Such issues do not qualify for a refund.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed via PayPal using the original payment method.

Refund processing times depend on PayPal’s policies and procedures.

All content, including texts, presentations, videos, and materials provided during webinars, is the intellectual property of Easy2Cook unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the materials is prohibited.
